Koshian is a type of anko (red bean paste) and is prepared by first boiling and sweetening the red beans and then passing the paste through a sieve to remove the beans skin. Koshian has a smooth texture.
For preparing this Koshian high quality domestic azuki (red beans), sugar, and salt have been used.
This package of koshian does not need to be opened with scissors and can easily be opened by hand. With the convenient packaging, you can squeeze the koshian directly into sweets, or use it as a topping.
