Rutin, helps produce collagen and use vitamin C optimally among other health benefits.
Buckwheat has Rutin in their components, but Tartary Buckwheat has even more Rutin than normal buckwheat (about 100 times more).
The clear yellow color is natural color from Rutin.
Put 1 tea bag into a tea pot.
Pour 200cc of boiled water, and it's ready after 90 seconds.
Do not drink if you have buckwheat allergy.
